My wife and I are extremely happy with this purchase. The installation was pretty straightforward even with tying in the ice maker. Great tasting water (and ice cubes) and since we have soft water and whole house filtration ahead of this unit the filters have lasted months longer than expected (a full year now). The only minor comment is that the flow rate could be a bit higher but that’s a minor issue overall.

Chose the Ispring brand based on reviews and cost of replacement filters. Shipped in multiple boxes, inside a a double-wall box that is taped and banded. Do yourself a favor, watch the YouTube video on installation. It precisely shows what to do.If you have questions or doubt your ability to do this, plan on using a handyman/plumber. I was not missing parts after unpacking, and began using printed instructions and video to install. One word of advice, take the time to mark the ends of the tubing as suggested in the printed directions. The video skips this and there were a couple times it felt like the tube was correctly inserted, but the marking insured that I got it right, and didn’t have a leak. Upon starting the system I had a slight leak at the fitting atop the pressure tank, which was fixed by carefully tightening the fitting on the tank. Use Teflon tape as directed! Seems Very well made, water quality is great!

Recently purchased this product. Had no problem installing it , tubes were color coded so very easy to see what line goes where under the sink; instead of a sea of white tubing underneath. The quick disconnects made it no mess connections. Also bought water line to refrigerator also easy to install. Water tastes great, ice quality in refrigerator is amazing

It was relatively straight-forward to install, but wouldn’t have fit in under sink cabinet thus put in basement. There was no mention of requiring 120 volt outlet in the description of unit before purchase, which are not usually found under sink! Once installed it works well with satisfactory water pressure at faucet.

We originally bought the Brondell system from costco. After 32 days of use the indicator to change filters was illuminated. The proprietary filters at $80 a chnge couldnt afford to keep it. Also pressure was slow 2.5 hours to fill a 19l water jug. Not for heavy users!Installed the Ispring system in the basement because of the pony pump. Not only does it fill a 19l jug in 55 minutes the filters are lasting way longer. The install of this system is very easy as well.So far very happy with the purchase.

I am INCREDIBLY happy with my purchase. I have tested the water I have received from this unit with a Bluelab Guardian Monitor. My original test from the tap was around 288 PPM. I have great well water, and no complaints about it. I do grow vegetables in my basement hydroponically. I need to know that I have PURE water with no PPM so I can add the correct amount of nutrients. The water from this tested at 0…none…nada. Gives me the perfect baseline to adjust nutrients. I did have an issue with a part on it (my fault) I made a comment on Home Depot, and THEY CALLED ME to resolve it. The company is top notch. They searched me out to resolve my complaint. Called me twice to help me, with something that was my fault. You cant get better service than that. Would I buy again? … yes. I don’t think I’d go anywhere else ever.

Excellent product. Brought my TDS(total dissolved solids) from 210 down to 4. The Reverse Osmosis water pressure is higher than my main sink faucet. As for the pump noise it’s practically whisper quiet. Unless I open the cabinet door l can’t hear any noise from the booster pump at all and when I do have the cabinet door open I have to make sure there’s no other sounds around or I can’t hear the booster pump.Over all great water filter even better than they advertise.

I have been using the iSpring RO system model RCC7P for about 6 months. The main reason I wanted an RO system was to reduce lead levels since I have a lead service line. I opted to install the system in the basement below my kitchen (except the tank is under the sink), so it took me a while to figure out how to mount the components and route the tubing, taking about a day to install. In the past 6 months it has met or exceeded all my expectations: the water is delicious, there have been no leaks, and its performance has been flawless. The booster pump is quiet and I’m happy I paid a little extra to help reduce water wastage. A two-year pack of replacement filters is around $100 (about $4/month) so the value is excellent. I also purchased the ice maker kit so my refrigerator produces cold RO water and ice. Thanks iSpring!

I ordered the RCC7P because I have a rural well with low pressure, salt, and sometimes odor.The 4 day shipment arrived with a broken connection. Not a surprisesince there is almost no packaging in the boxes. I ordered another and returned the first to HD. Home Depot gave me a discount because of the trouble. Unexpected, nice. The second arrived with no broken parts. The connectorto the water line is now 3/8 x 3/8 instead of 1/2 x 1/2. There is no 1/2inch adapter as it says in the manual. The manual and illustrations donot show where to connect the waste line, but after you connect everythingelse there is only one connection left. All the lines installed easily. The filters went in without a problem. I purged the system an flushedthe tank twice before I installed the osmosis filter. It is much fasterthat way. Once the osmosis filter was installed it would not tighten farenough to stop leaking. I put the spare O ring provided on with the originaland the leak stopped. My unit included a 1/4 shutoff valve (don’t know whatits for) 1 spare O ring for the 10 inch filters and 1 spare for the osmosisfilter, that I used. I received 2 spare right angle connectors. I also received 4 spare safety clips for the tubing connections, but I used 3 to replace 3 missingfrom the RO head. I also received a water alarm which is listed as anoptional item. Glad to have it. I can go to bed without worry.Summary: The hassle is in the shipping. Check for damage and missing parts. Be prepared to take it back. It seems Isprings normal MO. Installationwas very simple. Even though the instructions are limited, the picturesare adequate. Total time 1 to 2 hours. The water is clear, orderless, and tasteless (that’s good). The pump is a very quiet hum (think running refrig)and shuts off when the tank is full. For a good price, this system does exactly whatI wanted. I read reviews all over the web and noticed the shipping problem and was not surprised. I can accept that with the low price, simple installation, and good performance. I would still recommend.
