I loved the ease of this unit i installed it myself. It is a bit pricey but well worth it! I recommend this product to anyone and it is so easy to use. If you do happen to run into any problems they have great quality customer service Nick helped me out with replacing a filter you need to hold the filter button for three seconds intel you hear a beep and do it a second time and boom the red light has turned back to blue thanks Nick.

This product is the new level of reverse osmosis.It’s saves space under the sink and It looks great. (Picture attached)I had old reverse osmosis with storage tank before.It was taking to much space and the water inside the tank, when I emptied it it was nasty. I don’t know how long that water been stored inside the tank. Tank less is the new technology, I just installed a tankless water heater (never run out of hot water) and now a tank less drinking water (will never run out of fresh filtered water) Also the customer service is exceptional, special mention to Francis S. The customer service follow up right away after I registered the product. Make sure if I have any issues or concern. Highly recommend the product and the brand ISpring.

We just had this system installed and very happy with how much space we gained under the sink. Our old system was 3 times larger with a big water holding tank…a dinosaur. I had a question about the digital numbers on the faucet screen and talked to Nick in Customer Service. At 6-13, he explained this was a very low particle readout, so the system was working great. Thank you, Nick, for educating us! Our plumber recommended this system and says it’s the top-of-the-line in RO systems…very popular in our area of rural Virginia. We feel this was a great choice all around.

It’s good filtered water. The best part in my opinion is that it doesn’t take up much space under my sink. Only complaint is that the water comes out very softly and kinda takes awhile to fill my cup but that’s just me otherwise it’s perfect.

Got it withing 4 days from Home Depot.Very well packaged, easy to install. Took about an hour from start to finish. The hardest part was drilling a 1 inch hole for the faucet on my steel sink. Love the on screen TDS readout. Finally, clean drinking water for my whole family!

Before purchase, I called them several times and ask a bunch of technical questions. Adam, from Ispring, was very knowledgeable and professional and helped me to select the right RO systems. Also, I had some concerns regarding my existing water chiller under the sink and Adam guided me to install the RO system correctly. Also, I wanted to mention that the installation was very simple with the good user manual that came with the unit.
