Purchased this adapter and used it with my Surface Pro. It worked great, and then all of the sudden after 6 months of use, the two connected monitors turned off, and I never got it to work again. Monitors and the Mini DP port of my Surface Pro check good.

I both this to allow me to work with two external monitors attached to a first generation Lenovo X1 tablet. Couldn’t get the tablet to work with two monitors when they were connected to different ports. The X1 recognized both monitors and allowed separate displays using the dual Displayport adapter.
