It says it has 2 built-in mics but they aren’t there, or they don’t work.

This works nicely for smaller conference rooms (4-6 people). Hub makes it nice when hooking up Apple Macbooks. Would be nice if Jabra offered an option to replace the small 710 Speakerphone with a larger more distributed speakerphone and microphone array.

Pros: Super compact (fits in your hand), 180 deg. camera view (best I’ve found outside of 360 cameras), acceptable video quality. Cons: Built in Mic comes disabled and requires a firmware update via a downloadable utility app to enable it, video quality is not what I expected for the price, unit gets very warm (will it last?), the auto-zoom feature is poor – when additional attendees enter the room it didn’t zoom back out to include them and if I moved in the room it took several minutes for it to switch the view to follow me (I shut it off after trying all setting options), settings can only be adjusted via downloadable utility app. Overall: It’s an OK camera but I expected more for the price and more from the Jabra brand name.

Nice packaged video conferencing solution for small conference rooms. Actually would have been nice for the video unit to be a little larger. But overall, video quality is excellent and audio is excellent. Hub is nice and easy for users to use- just plug in USBC, make a couple adjustments on your camera and audio settings on your MacBook- works great!

This camera is small, fairly easy to mount, and clear. It quickly adjusts to the scene and we use it in a larger conference room and it quickly adjust between who is present. I didn’t read the specs closely enough as I needed a camera right away (covid) and didn’t know it didn’t have a microphone or speaker. Should have know with how small it is, wish it did for the price. This setup is a breeze but having multiple users in the room who don’t know how to setup a camera and mic automatically is difficult if something goes wrong.
