Excellent head set, great quality for listening to music or Video conferences . The package did not bring the USB-A as indicated in the manual with the package. I called them directly and they are sending it separately.. great customer service

Worst experience it was connected easily with my laptop and mobile phone. The audio and speaker was not at all working with laptop. Everything fine with mobile phone. Over priced JUNK. Don’t buy it.

The left earpiece recently stopped working. Before that they worked well enough, though not amazing. I thought I’d get more for $250+ headphones… Never buying Jabra again, going with Bose next.

This headset feels very good wearing and sounds great! It’s so convenient to be able to walk away from your computer during Zoom or other conference calls and still hear and be heard clearly. This was a worthwhile purchase.

I have heard a lot about Jabra devices and was really looking forward to this headset being the answer to my company’s switch over to Teams Voice. The device was well packaged and I installed the Jabra Direct software. I immediately noticed the headset was very comfortable and the sound quality was very good. I noticed the Teams button on the right earcup and when a Teams call came in, I pressed the button … nothing … just a click … no remote call control from the headset. I searched for a Jabra customer support phone number and was pleasantly surprised to find one on their site. I gave the number a call and wow, someone immediately answered the phone. The tech support person was very nice in helping me configure the Jabra Direct utility, adjust the tone, etc but I said to her this is wonderful help, but when I touch the Teams button, it doesn’t pick up a teams call. We spent about 30 minutes on the phone and she had no clue why it wasn’t working. We went through her checklist and she was baffled. She had me run an advanced diagnostic tool to send to the level 2 team Sounds great right? That is when Jabra support changed to avoid and deflect mode. Time went by with no response from the Level 2 team, so I sent an email. At that point, Jabra began blaming Microsoft, my PC, everything but their product. I went to the internet and typed Jabra Evolve2 65 Remote Call Control not working with Teams and found hundreds and hundreds of posts with users having the same issue going back more than one year. Many them experiencing what I found, i.e. Jabra pointing fingers at Microsoft and walking away. If Jabra wants to say a device is Teams certified, then it should work 100% as intended. If it knowingly does not, then they should stop selling the device, or immediately determine the cause of the issue and prioritize a solution. Seeing that users have had this problem for a year is a big problem for me. If someone else had posted this information before I purchased this product, I would have saved a lot of frustration, so that is why I am writing this. If you want a device that works fully with Teams, at the time of this writing, the Jabra Evolve2 65 does not.

Purchased this as a gift for my wife since she works from home, and was tired of the corded Jabra headset. First fully charged day she said it lasted through her 8hr shift and could walk to the kitchen from her office which it upstairs without any dropouts. Clear voice since I did call to hear how it sounds, and headset audio I was told was great. Comfortable enough to wear all day. Got the Ms-Teams version everything was plug-n-play using an Lenovo Win-10 laptop.

I love the product. I hunted through the packaging for two hours until I found the cleverly concealed USB piece for my computer (it is tucked into a tiny pocket inside the zipper of the carrying pouch, with no hint, documentation, or diagram provided)! Fortunately it was a day when B&H was closed so I got desperate and dug through every nook and cranny in detail, so I did find it. Great product. Online docs work great, once you find all the product parts!
