I purchased this headset to use for online meetings where I work as a simultaneous interpreter. I have used it several times and it worked well. One caveat is to make sure that the mic is in front of your mouth. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because I cannot use it on one remote simultaneous interpretation platform. This headset doesn’t meet new ISO24019 standard pertaining to remote interpretation.

I have owned a pair of Jabra BIZ 2400’s for about 5-6 years now. They were starting to wear out so I thought I’ll upgrade to the Jabra EVOLVE 40. I opened the package and immediately they felt cheaply made. I plug them and put them on and the microphone is pretty much in your mouth with no way to adjust it outward. Then the worst, most garbage part was when I used them…the sound quality is worse than… well I don’t even know what they’re worse than. It’s just total garbage. I was so disappointed, especially after 5 years of loving my old Jabra headsets. Just sad at how cheap they feel and how horrific the sound quality is, all while trying not to choke on the mic that’s against your mouth.

Sound quality is great. Incoming and outgoing. Also love that it has a 3.5mm jack in addition to the USB

Apparently the headset microphone gives my voice a strong lisp. Coworkers were concerned for my health when they heard my voice using this headset. They thought I was having a stroke. I will never use the product again.

No solo la calidad de sonido es mala, si no que no le entiendo nada cuando estamos en llamada. Deberan revisarlos

Love this headset – it makes Zoom/Skype meetings a lot easier to attend.

I was looking for a headset that plugs in (a lot of friends have trouble with bluetooth connections so decided to avoid that). This has good reception, will plug into my phone and computer, is lightweight, and people report I am clearer than without it. Also got great service from B&H when I had questions; their live chat works well.

It’s a dependable headset. Comfortable to wear for long periods, audio quality is solid, has a USB-C connection and thus pairs well with all modern MacBook computers (which only have USB-C ports, not USB-A). This headset provides sound to both ears as opposed to just one. It is ideal for settings where you want to block out background noise and other distractions. The red cord makes it easy to distinguish from other cables on the desk, including the charging cables that Macs come with.
