I think Jet should make their assembly manuals out toilet paper, at least a person could get some use of their bad direction. But it easy to assemble and you should have 2 people and some beers to put this monster together and to get a good laugh out of direction. Looks like a solid machine

Overall a good drill press. A lot of casting shavings were found throughout during assembly. Should have used better v-belts, the ones on it caused too much vibration so bought aftermarket ones to replace them. Spent a lot of time shopping around and this still is about the best you’ll find for the money

This is a solid machine. Easy to assemble but heavy as is expected (and why I bought it). Typically the instruction manual was only ok but if you are buying a machine of this size and expected use, you probably should be able to figure out the unclear areas. [There is also you-tube to help if needed]. So a high value buy.
