The saw came on a pallet mostly assembled, after 30 minutes of unpacking and assembly, it was ready for operation. It cuts straight and there are no annoying vibrations or other noises. The only thing that needs changing is to put swivel casters on one end to ease moving the saw. Coolant system works well, and the hydraulic feed was very controllable.

The saw arrived at my local store in perfect condition. The store staff loaded the saw quickly. I uncrated the saw and assembled it and am impressed with the quality. And a test cut piece was included from the manufacturer. The hydraulic head support is easy to adjust for the perfect cutting speed of the material being cut. Overall a quality piece of equipment and I recommend it.

Set it up by myself in about 30 minutes. Replaced the blade with a higher quality one and it’s been cutting great for the past couple weeks. Everything from stacks of 16 gauge square tubing to 3/4″ thick x 6″ flat bar. Cut’s like butter. Also very easy / quick to switch between vertical and horizontal saw.

I had item delivered to store- This beast is heavy and arrived on a pallet. Fit and finish are better than other 7×12 band saws I researched. Item was ready to use out of the crate. Runs smooth and cuts square. Nice and quiet. Beats cutting with chop saw ( which I’ve been doing for 2 years). It has wheels – only con would be its a little low to the ground. First thing i built with it was a 4 wheel steer stand to sit on. Highly recommend.
