This stand is the best and heaviest I have seen anywhere (~85 lbs.). I put it together quickly and all the quality parts and pieces were included, the shipping box was torn, but there was no damage to the heavily build pieces. It holds my grinder with no wobble nor movement during use, however even with all the slots and holes (17?) in the top mounting plate… none matched up to my Delta 8″ Grinder. A JET Stand with a Delta Grinder. I had to drill my own holes which was very inconvenient but certainly doable. It is exactly the weight and function I wanted and expected (except for mismatched holes). I am very pleased with this purchase.

Bought this stand for a Jet 10 inch bench grinder. It was easily assembled and is heavy duty enough to keep the grinder from walking across the floor. I sharpened two axes, a maul, and a hatchet without the stand being anchored to the floor and it might have swiveled two inches after sharpening all four. Money well spent. The only drawback to doing this review process is that it would be unsafe to try and take a photo of the grinder / stand “in action” so I can’t be entered into the $1,000 drawing.

Very good heavy duty stand. However, this stand should come with heavy duty rubber feet which it does not. And to date, I have not been able to fine any that fit.

Product is great. It would be better if rubber feet were included. If you don’t plan to bolt this to the floor you’ll need to modify slightly to avoid walking.

No issues, stand is heavy and the three way stance is fine without resilient feet. It was a little short but height was adjusted by moving the pedestal up then tighten the fixing bolts… Used this with the Delta 8″ with only the front two mounts…does fine even though the thought was to drill two holes to mount the rear two bolt mounts for the Delta but have not needed to. ( Out of balance wheels or excessive grinding pressure will completely nullify this review!)
