Works great. The air in my shop is so much cleaner.

This filtration system is a must have. I had been running my Jet vac to clean the air but the filtration system turns over the air so many times faster and uses much less power. I should have purchased one of these years ago.

Works like a charm. It takes two people to hang it from the ceiling because the unit it quite heavy. My shop air has never been cleaner.

The unit works well and is reasonably quiet. My workshop is in a basement; the ceilings are not high enough to hang the unit, so it is sitting on a bench, and I do not use the remote. This is a hobby shop, so not a tremendous amount of dust, but the air is much clearer, especially when sanding.

Powerful. Simple. Perfect for any size shop. You will not be disappointed. Hang and forget about it until needed. Tinker Woodshop exclusively uses only Jet.

Works great and runs fairly quiet even on highest setting. Cleaned the air quickly in the shop, my sinuses feel much better.

Excellent at cleaning small wood dust particles from the air.

I didn’t realize how much “stuff” was in the air in my shop. After running this tool for a couple of hours, the filter was a dramatically different color. It became the color of the Masonite I was cutting. That meant that I wasn’t sucking the dust into my lungs, and it wasn’t coating everything in the house. I whole-heartedly recommend the Jet air purifier. Two of my friends already have their’s installed too, and love them.

BEFORE YOU TURN IT ON: remove the filters and examine the cap screws that hold the blower to its mount. One of mine was not threaded in at all and two were loose. The fourth one is probably loose, but it can’t be reached without drilling a hole in the top of the case or removing the other end from the case. That would require drilling out the pop rivets that hold it in place. To tighten the cap screws requires an Allen wrench of the right size that has an unusually-short leg, because there is little clearance above the cap screws. Fortunately, I had one. Drilling access holes in the top is probably the best thing to do, in case the screws work loose. There have been many reviews complaining that the fan was loose and made grinding noises, but JET seems uninterested in improving their quality control. I haven’t has a chance to try the machine out otherwise, because I broke my arm before mounting it. The one I bought ten years ago or so worked great, although the remote control died after a few months. It is reasonably quiet, especially on the lower settings.

Great air cleaner. I bought a Dylos air monitor to make sure my dust collection/air cleaning system in my 24×24 garage was working. This thing keeps the air in the shop way below OSHA clean air standards. On high, it will clean the air back to safe levels in about 5 minutes! I usually keep it on low or medium, depending on what I’m working on, and it keeps the air clean. I would definitely recommend this for a wood workshop.

I like that it has three speeds. I can feel the air circulating around the shop when it’s running. The air is noticeably cleaner, much better for our lungs, and keeping the upstairs house cleaner also .

easy to install, easy to change filters, not too loud on lowest setting.

I had researched air filtration units and read consumers comments. The unit was just as I expected. It is a good high quality product and works very well. I am pleased with it.

Great filter for my woodshop.

This machine moves air around at a great pace. Mounting is a bit tricky as it needs to be mounted on overhead beams. A real bargain for the robust features it touts.

Remote works well. Unit cycles and cleans air as advertised. Good unit

Works extremely well! Clears my 20’x20’ shop in minutes.

An excellent shop filter for this price range and performance. The ability to turn it on for a set period of time is great – I can run it for several hours after I leave my shop knowing the air will be clean the next day. At the low speed fan setting it’s very quiet.

Good quality components, seems well-made for the most part. Only had mine for a month, took some doing for me to hang it from my shop ceiling; had to upgrade the threaded ‘pop-rivet’ fasteners to threaded eye bolts w/ fender washers when the rivet things began to turn. Had it running a few hours, not too noisy.
