Description
This laser detector pairs with red beam rotary lasers outdoors, in high ambient light conditions or whenever the human eye cannot see the laser beam. It quickly and accurately locates the laser signal for you. With a back-lit LCD display for easy reading and fine/coarse detection settings, the detector displays the information you need to get your leveling job done quickly and easily. Accuracy is never a problem thanks to the audible and visual indicators that allow for precise leveling. And the included clamp easily attaches the laser detector to grade rods for determining differences in elevation.

I’m happy with its performance. One thing I would warn about: battery is a very tight fit and the battery access cover was difficult to open and close. I stressed and almost cracked the battery access cover and I was scared I was going to break the wires that go the battery, trying to fit the battery in there. I should have been more careful; I am warning you to be careful in that regard. Otherwise, all is well.

Does what it is supposed to do .We use it to check the grade on our ponds when we dig or grade them. Have had NO problems in the 1.5 years we’ve had it. When it gets muddy it cleans up good.
