It makes tasks like picture and cabinet hanging and alignment easy. The longer range of the beam is great for working over an extended range. It easily sticks to the wall (suction) and comes off with out marring.

This item came as expected. It has about an inch(give or take) of the laser that shines forth from the mouse so it doesn’t disappear if you have an uneven surface. I actually am using my laser mouse to get straight lines for my calligraphy. It’s very helpful and the laser meets my expectations.
