The case did exactly what I wanted, the level I put in it cost me over $60.00 thirty years ago it has always been true, two years ago someone stole the case I had for it so always wanted to replace the case forgot the level and case in the back of my truck and it rained that night but my level was still dry and that’s what I hoped for so if you have a old walnut level like mine get the case

Came in black, but good case. Just what was needed to protect my high quality 48″ level. Do note the color is Not specified in the description and although the image depicts yellow it may come in a different color, in my case black. Not a huge deal since I just needed the protection aspect, but instead of my level case being easy to spot in the truck bed or garage, it can instead easily hide in the shadows… so just a heads up 🙂
