It’s so much bigger than I thought. This is my first pressure cooker and so I was really nervous. It’s so user friendly and easy! It also came with a few recipes and I can’t wait to get through them all. Loving the mushroom risotto! My boyfriend and I will definitely continue to use this for years to come!

I love this pressure cooker! It is large enough to cook a whole chicken and can be used anywhere without being on a stove top. You can make a full meal while on the road or camping, if you have access to an electrical outlet. I also have a pressure cooker canner, so I expected there would be a lot of jumping around and clacking noise from the steam but it was quiet and the pressure valve stayed in place. It also has functions for browning and warming and slow cooking, as well as delay start. All you have to do is make sure the lid is completely sealed and set it for cooking time and pressure. This can be done manually or using the controls for chicken, meat, fish, rice and beans. The steam also lets out quickly, so you can turn it or add another side dish that needs less time to cook, without waiting a long time to open the lid. It also comes with a cooking basket. I made chicken stew and it came out flavorful and delicious. There are a few recipes that come with it, which were enough to give me an idea of how to cook different food groups, but I would have liked to see a few more recipes for it, including desserts.

Very well made pressure cooker. Quality design and performance. Not overly complicated to use with plenty of safety features. Very large 6.25 quart pot with included serving spoon, measuring cup, and a handy steaming basket I’ve found great for veggies. Easy to use and makes delicious and quick meals. The only con I would say is the rubber casket on the lid is not removable for cleanup however the pot is dishwasher safe.

I recieved this product for free using tryit and love it! I wasn’t for sure what to make with a pressure cooker. My mom said a roast cooks great! So that’s what I used. It was done in about 1 hour and a half. It was so tender. I was scared of the steam coming out the top but the release valve was good and was so easy to clean nothing stuck.

This is absolutely amazing, I love that it sears the meats to lock in the flavors and juices. I couldn’t believe how well this really works and didn’t dry out the food. What I love the most is how versatile the Kalorik Perfect Sear Pressure Cooker truly is. I can get rid of my crock pot and rice cooker. So glad I picked the Kalorik, it makes my busy work week easier at dinner time. Cooks in minutes and I love the one pot, less clean up, and when you sear you have to scrub the pan sometimes. Not the Kalorik, cleans super easy. And very portable when I make a slow cooker dish, its so much easier to cart around and locks on top, so the lid doesn’t come off while transporting. Perfect design!!

This is an all in one product. I made yellow peas soup in 25 minutes that usually took me 75 minutes. I used just one utensil to fry my onions until they are translucent by using the searing part in the inner pot. Then I used the pressure cooker for the fast cooking of the yellow peas. It is better to familiarize yourself with this pressure cooker before starting on how to close the lid. Overall, I am pleased but wished that the inner pot was stainless steel.

Absolutely the best pressure cooker I’ve ever used. This one has so many functions. You can sear meat in it before using the slow cook feature or the pressure cooking feature. I started cooking a pork shoulder roast to have pulled pork for dinner one evening. I started it on slow cook (as you should for pulled pork). It should slow cook for 8 hours but I didn’t get the roast into the cooker until about noon. After 5 hours, I used the pressure cook feature for 25 minutes. I had the best pulled pork I’ve ever made, for dinner that night. The control panel has preset functions for cooking rice, beans, chicken, fish or meat. It comes with a delay function. It even has two pressure levels so you can pressure cook delicate foods like, fruits, eggs and fish. It’s simple to use, locking the lid and setting the steam release are easy. It’s also easy to clean. This is a very functional and attractive appliance.

First of all, when I took the Kalorik Perfect Sear pressure cooker out of the box, I noticed how nice it looked and how high quality it seemed to be made. But I was truly amazed when I used it for the first time. This machine does it all! Pressure cooking, rice cooking, searing, slow cooking, steaming, it lirerally took the place of 4 other machines in my kitchen. Love how easy it is to use and clean..this is now my go to gadget to use for dinner prep!

I have to say I was always apprehensive about pressue cookers because I was scared to use them. Reading the direction packet for this product I learned this product had 6 safety features! It also seals and locks very securely. So with that out of the way, this product is great. First, I always use dry beans in my house, so I was excited to try them in the pressure cooker. Wow, where have you been all my life? I’m used to soaking overnight, followed by another half hour simmer the following day. With this appliance, I can throw in the beans, an onion, some liquid. Hit a button and have tender beans 20 minutes later instead of the next day! Another thing I made which was divine, was a venison roast. My husband is an avid hunter, so we always have venison in the freezer. If you’re a venison eater, you know it can be tricky to cook and a lot of times come out bone dry and flavorless. With the pressure cooker, I was able to throw in a whole roast, some aromatics, and a short time later, have a tender, succlent dinner roast. This product can do many more things I’m excited to try down the road! Love this pressure cooker!
