This pressure cooker is awesome. It am amazed at all it can do. It has quickly replaced several small appliances that I own. One of my favorite things to cook is country style ribs. I normally put them in the crock pot for about 8 hours to get the tenderness that I like. With this cooker, I was able to sear them right in the cooker first, then cook them. They came out so incredibly tender and flavorful in about one hour. And they had the perfect sear. Soups and chili are now so quick to make and not an all day cooking event. I especially like that I can make a cheesecake in it! Rice literally only takes a few minutes. There is a mode for so many different things! The cooker is large and quite heavy. It really feels solid. The cord is rather short, but it’s a well made 3 prong. The buttons and display are easy to use and read. The cooker does get very hot, so always use a oven mitt to handle it. I like that when the food is done, it switches over to the “keep warm” mode. I’m really looking forward to experimenting with more recipes, especially for the holidays. There is a bit of a learning curve if you are not used to using a pressure cooker, but once I got the hang of it, it quickly became my favorite thing in the kitchen!

I was always unsure of cooking with a pressure cooker but no longer. I just made the best chicken Marsala in this Kalorik cooker. The chicken was tender and juicy. I am super excited to try making soup now. I didn’t really have to look at directions as I adjusted my recipe to pressure cooker friendly and it was self explanatory. I really like all the settings so I can hard boil eggs, cook rice, and soup all with this machine. It looks great on the counter as well…doesn’t take up the whole counter. I even gave away my rice cooker!

I love this pressure cooker and it saves me a lot of time.I cooked an chuck roast in less than an hour.I love the 16 built-in smart programs.you can adjust the settings for high for an faster process or the low setting for not overcookiing delicate foods.i love the fact that it has an timer with automatic cutoff..this pressure cooker is dishwasher safe.this pressure cooker and all of it functions is amazing and I prefer it over an crockpot any day.

I usually cook a lot so I got the 8 qt cooker. This is a 2 in 1 cooker. It is a slow cooker and a pressure cooker together. So I don’t to have buy two separate units. It comes with a stainless steel inner. It makes cleaning so easy. Just follow the direction with the appropriate timer, push the button and it starts cooking. Once it finishes, it will beep and I can enjoy my cook. That makes cooking a breezy.
