Overall, I like the fryer. I ordered this model because of the oil filter and storage similar to the Tefal version I was replacing. That feature is great. My only issue is getting used to setting the digital timer to get the temperature up. You can’t just turn it on and leave on the temperature you want.

The Kalorik deep fryer is just what I wanted. I am able to drain the oil into the resevoir and clean the the heating element and pan. The oil stays hot when frying multiple batches or fish, chicken, or frys. My two complaints are 1) the basket needs to be bigger 2) the lid on the resevoir doesn’tn fit tight. Bought this on sale with free shipping and I am happy with the purchase.

This is an awesome deep fryer, just get all the functions we want especially the filter oil function. Surprisingly, it is easy to take apart and clean. It doesn’t create a mess when cooking. The lid does have a window on top but it is not much useful, can’t really check on the food while cooking due to the steam. Overall, it is a great purchase.
