This drive is well-designed and 32gb is good enough for me to back up one years data, and of course, its much more convenient to carry this drive than an external hard drive when travelling.

The flash drives have a lot more than 16 GB capacity.

The Read and Write performance of this unit is about 40% of the more expensive units, but it’s more than adequate for the playback of HD video files. Blackmagic Design’s test shows 110 MB/s Read and 24 MB/s Write rates. Sandra tests at 1550 IOPS with FAT formatting and 522 IOPS when reformatted with exFAT. It works great as a large capacity file sharing device.

This was a great buy for this size flash drive. 32GB for less than a hamburger to hold my entire photo collection on my hard drive. Safely stored until needed. I picked up 3.

Good price for 16GB of storage. Unfortunately, it is not fast. The read speed is decent bouncing between about 75 to 120MB/s but the write speed is a paltry 5MB/s. I have no doubts that the unit will give me years of reliable use, I just won’t be able to tolerate anything that requires a lot of writing to the device.

bought five to store short movies. The first two would not play back, kept stopping and distorting the images. It also receives info slow. stored documents OK. Did not try the other three. Never have had problems with other flash drives. have two new computers and three older, I doubt its my equipment.
