The Kingston flash drive, after being plugged in, caused my Windows 10 computer to act like the hard drive had failed. I tried one more time and tried to format the flash drive. That effort failed and once again the computer went into an equivalent hard drive failure shutdown. I notified B&H of my experience and they immediately offered a refund, which I accepted. I later discovered that only the cost of the flash drive was refunded. I was charged the cost to ship a defective product to me.

bought five to store short movies. The first two would not play back, kept stopping and distorting the images. It also receives info slow. stored documents OK. Did not try the other three. Never have had problems with other flash drives. have two new computers and three older, I doubt its my equipment.

Besides the excellent price, I really liked the very basic squared off and compact design of this flash drive. I’m keeping it permanently plugged into the front of my new Denon AC receiver as a USB music server. It blends nicely into the black front panel of my receiver and looks really great there. I have had zero issues and this drive is working great. I already have approximately 35 albums stored on it in a mixture of high quality lossless formats including WAV, FLAC and ALAC. I still have room for at least 20-30 more albums! It is absolutely amazing to me that so much storage can be had for such a reasonable price! I will definitely be purchasing another one of these soon. Possibly the 64GB version.

I wanted to use these to record TV shows on a PVR, but the buffer rate is too slow causing the timer to expire before the recording begins. Otherwise these are okay for data storage. I will try another brand to see if I get better luck.

I wanted to get a faster Flash drive than the USB 2.0 units I have, so I bought the Kingston unit because I have always had good solid reliability with my other Kingston products. This unit lives up to the quality and reasonable price I am used to having with Kingston products.
