Like this cap cover version over other brands that slide.

Great deal from B & H. Super fast and reliable USB!
Denis Tromp (verified owner) –
It advertised as USB 3.2 Flash Drive which sounds good. However, it is actually the USB 3.2 Flash Drive Gen. 1, not much different to the original USB drive nor the speed.

A lot of memory space, good value!

Have several different USB drives, needed some LARGE ones for media files and bought the 5-pack of the 64Gig drives at a great price. Should be able to get all I need double-backed up with 4 of those chips. USB 3 speed is amazing!!

Hard to find thumb drives in white so I can label them with markers. The surface, unfortunately, doesn’t like markers too well and it’s hard to remove the ink once you write on it, even with alcohol or Lysol wipes. I suppose sticky labels would work better. In terms of performance, top write speeds are 40Mb/s which is a far cry from the advertised USB 3.2… Read speeds are faster. I bought these cheap as a two-pack so I’m not complaining much. I got them mostly for cold-storage so the speed is not a big issue for me. The business end has the key-ring but it’s all plastic construction. Personally I like the sliding style instead of a cap but each to their own.

The Kingston 12GB DataTraveler Exodia flash drive seems well made with reasonable transfer speeds. A convenient way to transfer data.

These get the job done and are not too expensive.

It does not meet the transfer speed. Well, I have an MSI 66 Raider, which has high transfer USB ports, but when I transfer a file to USB it does not exceed 60mb per second. I do NOT recommend them

It doesn’t seem like all that long ago that one could pay $9 or $10 for an *upgrade* to a 16 gb Flash Drive and here I got 128GB for the same price! And Kingston is just the best. Wow!

Excellent

Anything you can throw at it , it will store and recovering is a joy. No funny stuff, just copy and paste! It wouldn’t break any speed records but it is a joy to work with so simple.

Best value in 32GB USB3 speed Flash Drives, Reliable data transfer and storage

For the money, this flash drive performs well. On my Linux Mint 19.1 system read speed was about 110 MB/s with write speed around 13 MB/sec. Comparable Silicon Power flash drives I have clock-in at reads of 111 MB/s and writes of only 8 MB/s, while a Lexar unit reads at 138 MB/s while writing at 9 MB/s. So overall a good performance and well suited to my sneaker net uses.

Not the fastest puppy in the litter, but I only use it intermittently to put Linux on computers that no longer have the resources to run Windows or Chromebooks where the user no longer wants to be beholden to Google’s ‘benevolent’ oversight. Works fine and has enough space for a complete software repository.
