Got this about 2 months ago and works great! I like that the electronics are above the carafe so that spills do not short circuit the system. We set the clock to every night so that fresh coffee is ready when we wake. Easy to program, easy to use, and easy to clean. Makes great drip coffee. Timer on the heat element automatically turns off so it doesn’t cause a fire. Only minor issue is that it makes a loud beeping noise when it turns on.

I am very happy with the replacement KCM1202. The previous I had problems with. The clock would run 5 minutes fast each day and I had to keep resetting time. The CLEAN light came on and I could not get to go off screen. The replacement KCM1202 has been perfect and makes a good cup of coffee with its features. Love the stainless steel design.

Received this for Christmas and works well and is reasonably quiet. Looks great! When we open the lid to add coffee or the rear lid to add water, the condensation does drip onto the lid that is not opened. The time set buttons can be a little finicky and will skip numbers if you don’t touch them very lightly.
