We bought this coffeemaker in September 2018, because we love all our other Kitchenaid appliances. Had it TWO DAYS and the glass carafe broke! Am seriously disappointed with the poor quality of the carafe. Am going to order the stainless steel 10-cup carafe (which also has bad reviews re leaking) and see how that goes. So far I love everything else about the coffee maker.
