I am happy with my purchase. I like that the water compartment is removable for easy filling, the reusable filter on the inside has markings for the amount of coffee you need depending on the size of pot you are making. I have had no issues with overflowing. The warming plate keeps the coffee hot. We are super happy with this purchase.

I’ve hade the coffee pot probably a year the fact that it doesn’t have a warmer feature drives me crazy it does make a descent pot of coffee pretty quick it’s wide takes up lotta counter space if you want to see the front there is a button on the side below the pot but it quit working without manipulation with in a couple months of owning it with as much hassle as it is having to turn it to read then turn it back then having to microwave my coffee once it shuts off I wouldn’t recommend it just better options for the same price and cheaper

From other reviews and the spiral water head I expected it to make great coffee…. as I use high quality brand and use a burr grinder, but, no such luck. Overall, I am happy with the product.

I like everything about it, except that he water runs through slowly and sits there, sometimes getting too full, especially with a paper filter. The gold filter sends too many fine grinds through.

Makes a great cup of coffee, easy to use, love love love the removable water tank….and looks gorgeous on my counter. Why 3 stars then? Two hours after brewing the coffee it shuts off……BUT it won’t let you turn it back on to keep the coffee warm. At first I was disappointed, but as the months go by I’m just outright irritated.

I love this coffee maker. It makes a delicious cup of coffee. The removable water container is awesome and I like how the coffee basket shows how much coffee to add based on the amount of coffee you’re making. The only thing I don’t like is the inability to turn the hot plate back on. There is no way to extend the time the plate is on and you can’t just turn the coffee maker back on. It seems you have to actually brew a pot to keep turn the hot plate back on. Not a big deal but a slight annoyance. Usually one person in the house wakes up at 5 and another at 7, so the coffee maker turns off shortly after the other wakes. Again, still a great coffee maker. That’s my only irk.

I’ve had this coffee maker for almost a year now and it has been my absolute favorite one so far, but for the last month or so it has been making extremely watery and lukewarm coffee. I’ve used the same cool water and coffee grounds since I’ve had it so I’ve haven’t switched anything up to mess with it. Nothing we have tried works and the coffee is undrinkable and basically a worthless pot. I would greatly appreciate some help as I love the brand and this coffee pot was awesome while it lasted!

This was a warranty replacement for my other different model Kitchenaid coffeepot. I love this new model with these great features it has. The removalable water tank is much easier to fill and clean, the spiral showerhead is awesome, the glass Kraft does not leak from side when pouring a cup of coffee and the digital brew panel on the side is much better there…than in the front like my old one. Oh! And it has two brew buttons. One on the side panel and the other one in the front and they also will turn off the coffeepot as well. I JUST LOVE IT!!
