All below reflects my personal view that may or may not be relevant to others.1. The Good. Looks great. Feels like solidly build from quality materials. Makes a great coffee.2. Short falling from my old Kitchen aid 14 cup.You can not get it in Red color that become a signature/accent color in my kitchen with a number of KitchenAid appliances..Machine is elongated. So, it is seating under cabinet sideways. Yet- “brew” button is strangely not on same side as main controls. You can’t easily reach/see it.On old machine brewing compartment opens sideways, but new one is opens “up”.That means that in order to prepare fresh batch you have to pull whole machine from under cabinets.New water tank feels flimsy. Its handle looks like it will not last for long time. There is no more built in water filter, so if you need this feature – look elsewhere.

I have recieved this coffee maker a couple weeks ago and wow, it is quick to brew. The coffee is not bitter. Makes a great pot of coffee in about 10 min. Even has fill lines for you coffee grounds to help you make a great pot of coffee. Love my Kitchenaid coffee maker.

This coffee maker is really nice, makes a pot of coffee a lot faster than my older coffee maker. I like that there is a reusable filter so I don’t have to buy any more coffee filters. The automatic settings are awesome, no time wasted waiting on the pot to brew just set a timer and wake up to a fresh pot.. love that! Makes good coffee, super easy to use and I’m very happy with it!

This product is of the same high quality as our other Kitchenaid products, which is to say…amazing. At first glance it seems like it would be intimidating, but it is very simple to work all of the features. The quality of the heating plate, the tank, and nice grip on the pot…all of the little touches add up to a high quality product. Working from home, having this product available gives me all the coffee I need to make it through those long days!

I received this the other day and I am very pleased with it. It was everything we were looking for in a coffee pot. It is sleek and modern looking has a built in plate warmer to keep coffee at right temp, has up to 12 cups and even has a measuring system for the perfect coffee measurement. The spiral head seems to make coffee better cause it covers all the coffee instead of running straight through. I could not be happier with this unit and would recommend it to anyone.
