I purchased this countertop oven over the weekend when my previous one stop toasting my bread and bagels, which I had for over 13 years. I was apprehensive since the previous one I had was a convection oven and this one was not a convection oven. As I have used it, I have really grown to love this oven. It heats quickly, it toasted two bagels in less than 10 minutes. It reheated some wings in less than 15 minutes. There is some getting use to it since there is not a knob for the timer (it is digital and the time to heat or cook can be increased),but I really love this oven. I liked it because it was not stainless steel as my other appliances are not in the stainless steel family as of yet and I was not ready for mismatched appliances yet. This oven heats evenly and heats food really quickly. I am really glad I spent more money and purchased a more quality digital countertop oven. Also, there is no ticking while items are in the oven heating, it is so silent. The only bad thing I can say, it the ringer could stand to be a little louder but I can live with it being silent while my food heats evenly and thoroughly.

I like this because when a regular oven is just too big to cook a smaller item this is aces.I cooked Small pizzas/breaded chicken and fish/Breakfast muffins and many other foods.I like how it preheats and you have a count down timer.Small enough to fit on counter with plenty of space to put other items.Just needs louder chime when food is done.Overall great to have.

This is one of the nicest looking counter top ovens I’ve ever seen. The black makes it look really nice, and professional.The options for cookies comes in handy a lot. I went out and got some refrigerated cookie dough, and I just make cookies when I want them. I get fresh cookies in minutes, instead of having the full sized oven heat up.

Use it every day, quick, simply to operate, for a single person or a small family it is great, I strongly recommend it. The only two suggestion I can recommend to improve this product are, install a light inside and make the chime that sounds when the cooking cycle is done louder. With no light in the oven I find myself having to open the door to check on the progress of what ever I am doing, also if you leave the kitchen, you can not hear the chime when the cook cycle is done.

product is as advertized but the interior is quite small. Also the power cord is only about 12 inches long so you need to be able to set it up directly in front of the gounded plug you will be using.

We love it! Very convenient when we don’t want or need to heat our large oven. The reason it’s not 5 stars is that even on low toast settings, it does leave stripes of almost-burnt on the toast – you can see where the heating elements are. However, this is a minor thing for an overall great toaster oven! Would definitely buy again.

Over the years,I have had experiences with many different kinds, i.e, DeLongi, Black and Decker, Oster, etc. etc. This KitchenAid is my first! I am most pleased with it as it has all the features I want, is in a compact size and works perfectly!! I have used it at least twice a day since I bought it last month. I chose this particular toaster oven based mostly on the reviews given by other KitchenAid users. I am not at all disappointed for it is one of the best I have had in all my years of using toaster ovens.
