We have had ample opportunities to use this oven. Hubby uses it everyday to heat up either breakfast or lunch. I have baked casseroles, pie, and potatoes. The knobs are easy to turn and well marked. The 1800 w. allow for better heating than our old one. Only problem is that the “stay on” control is very close to the “off’ spot on the dial and has accidentally been turned on when meant to turn off.

Our latest oven was a replacement for one the failed before the year warranted expired. We like the features of the model so took the replacement. This latest one has rattled in the door which we have been able to correct by slightly bending the guide on the left side of the door. It’s the small things that seem to go wrong. The previous one developed a bad vibration in the fan which was terribly noisy and never went away! Another one had a dial freeze up 6 weeks past the year warranty. We were stuck with that one but tried the same model again! So this newest one is our 3rd!!! Hopefully things will be better this time!!

I use this oven every day. It toasts bagels better than my toaster. It roasts meat and fish beautifully. Last night I made a gluten-free cake; it was cooked evenly and rose well. I bought this to replace an old one that the temp. was stuck on 450. This is smaller than I thought and it does not tell you in the description that when using the bake function the top burner is always on with convection on. I feel it is more like a broiler than a baker, even when using the middle position as suggested. So far I am disappointed.

The top knob has locked up and the unit won’t turn on. If I twist the know extremely hard, it will move just a little and then the unit will come on. Don’t know why this knob has locked up. Usually leave it on bake most of the time.
