I bought this toaster/oven a few weeks ago. So far so good. I have one observation and one concern:1. It toasts slowly, and seems unable to give a really dark result. One may need to add more toasting time after the bell for additional color.2. It smells. I’d seen other owners comment on the odor burn in time… Ours continues to emit considerable odor if it gets well-heated (smells like wire insulation getting cooked). To assuage my own curiosity, I got bold and opened the unit. The attached photo shows the insulation used on top — with some of it turning darkened. It also wreaks of the very hot insulation smell. The insulation appears not to be FiberGlass — but some synthetic fiber. I’m going to look into replacing that with true FiberGlass (after I check for the thermal tolerance of the substitute material).

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I bought this toaster oven over a month ago and I’m loving it. It has great features like convection heating and toasting that toast to perfection best toaster oven I’ve owned.

Replaced my toaster oven and deep fryer with this product. The connvection feature makes great crispy food that tastes like deep fried without the grease and mess. Reduces cook time and is great for smaller dishes versus firing up the large oven. Love this product. Far better construction and reliability than other “air fryers” on the market. Would definitely recommend.

Been using for a few weeks to replace an old Cuisinart. Easy to use. Still need to figure out optimal rack position for toast, with many options. Like that there are 2 racks.

I returned this oven because the door did not shut completely. Heat leaked into room. Light also seemed to have a mind of its own. Cooked just fine. Loved the convection.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Doesn’t heat the house up like regular oven. Even browning on bake setting. Toasting is slower but I bought for the convection bake so very happy with product. Will take with us snowbirding in fifth wheel!

Bought six months ago, and was surprised that I could cook a whole chicken in it, just had to experiment with how long took cook the chicken for. Cooked a 4 1/2 pound chicken for 2 hours at 375 degrees, came out of the oven moist not dry “perfecto”!
