Had this oven now over 5 years. Still works like new. It has some nice features does pizza very nicely and toast and waffles well. Use the frost feature for frozen waffles. Works nice under counter does not overheat surroundings. It’s smart on second toasting it knows the oven is hot and reduces time automatically to get consistent results.

Some improvements could be made. Find that the dial that controls both temp & cook time is a nuisance as it flips back & forth between the 2 without notice. Also, the preheating is a nuisance when it stops & expects someone to press start before it actually cooks

My wife and I have had this a little over a month and so far are very happy with it. It is not difficult to program for basic cooking. It fit perfect on our counter and when we want to use it as an oven, rather than a toaster, we pull it out from the wall a little for better ventilation.
