I bought this a month ago and glad I did. Heats up quick and pours great. Wish it was a bit larger.

Before getting this, I used a stove-top kettle. This kettle heated water much faster, and I don’t have to keep an eye on it to see when it boils. It makes cooking large breakfasts much easier.

I received this kettle about a week ago and it works really well. The water heats up very quickly and allows you to make multiple cups of coffee or tea quickly. The adjustable water flow is nice as well and helps make sure you don’t pour too quickly. The thermometer is nice so you can make drinks at the right temperature.

Overall, this is a good kettle with some interesting features, but also has some functional drawbacks compared to other electric kettles I’ve owned.Pros:+ Looks great. It is a nice looking kettle considering it sits on the counter 24/7. The stainless steel shimmers and the gooseneck makes it look upscale.+ The thermometer is a cool feature and nice if you’re making different beverages to achieve that optimal brewing temperature. I had to pull out my Thermapen on my old kettle.+ The handle has a nice grip too it and makes for comfortable pouring+ It heats up very fast and is so much quieter than my old kettle. I had to check the first few times that I had switched it on because it was so quiet!Cons:- It’s small. Maybe this is more of a standard size, but my old kettle was 1.5L vs 1L capacity and I can really tell the difference, especially if I have company over and making multiple cups of tea.- The lid fully separates from the body, which makes it cumbersome to deal with when filling. My old kettle has a flip lid that was more convenient. A trade-off for the thermometer I guess- The light by the switch is too small and faint to easily see, which makes it less convenient to confirm that it’s working- The max fill line is on the inside of the kettle, which requires tilting your head to check vs having a clear indicator on the outside of the kettle

I received this kettle to try and then review. I have used other electric kettles before and for the most part, those have been very similar in nature. This kettle is very nice, especially if you are a tea drinker. You have the ability to heat your water to the exact temperature that is perfect for the type of tea you are drinking. I also liked that you could set the flow of the water, which to me was useful for making coffee by the pour over method. The kettle was very quiet and boiled within minutes and has a very stable base. I found that the goose neck helped with not having any splash back when pouring. I usually use a French Press for making coffee and for me, this kettle did not boil enough water to fill the press. Mine is 51 oz., so I had to boil water twice for one pot of coffee. The only negative point to this are the steam vents on top, and you can feel the steam while opening the pot for a refill. This pot is very nice, with classic lines, I would really love it if it had a little bit more capacity.

I use this kettle every morning for aeropress or pour over coffee and the gooseneck spout allows for a precise pour. The water heats up quickly and the capacity is more than enough. The stainless steel finish and classic deign looks great on my counter.I was initially concerned about the lack of automatic temperature settings, however the included thermometer makes it easy to get the perfect water temperature. My only complaint is the lack of easy to use cable management, I really wish there was a way to hide the excess cable under the base instead of just bundling it together. However this small annoyance doesn’t make me hesitate in recommending this kettle.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This is a solid stainless steel appliance built to a high calibre, and it has performed perfectly so far.

This stylish kettle has so many features that I love! The gooseneck and pour control features have eliminated the annoying splash and over pour issues. It heats the water very quickly and the handy thermometer on top lets me control the temperature for my tea or instant cereal. It holds enough water for two large mugs of tea and the auto shutoff is a wonderful safety innovation. Since it looks so stylish and high end I leave my kettle on my counter. I have had and will continue to have KitchenAid products in my home as they provide useful, reliable, high end products that last a long time and most importantly they keep customer safety a top priority. KitchenAid customer service is the best I have ever experienced when I order a product or have a question.

This is a must if you make pour over coffee everyday as I do. I usually let the kettle come to a boil and then let it cool to the ideal coffee temperature setting. The temperature gauge shows in red the ideal coffee temperature, so it’s extremely easy. The kettle has rubber feet on the bottom, so I can set it on my counter worry-free. You can set how fast the water pours out which is nice if it’s too heavy for you or if your arthritic. I have it set to the middle setting and have no problems. It isn’t huge so it stays on my counter, and I am looking forward to also using it for tea and to make hot chocolate in the winter. So much faster and easier than heating water on the stove or microwave. This kettle is a winner in my book!

The kettle is quiet, heats quickly and compared to my electric teapot, hotter. The gooseneck is perfect for pour over coffee as well as French Press. The thermometer allows for precise recipes an added benefit. The design and look a complement to any kitchen. A great gift for pour over lovers

This kettle is almost perfect. It has all the features you could want when controlling water temperature and flow on the pour for various hot beverages. The kettle shuts off when you lift it off the base so if you’re doing a long pour-over, you may have to reheat, but this takes a second is not a inconvenience. The adjustable flow rate is almost not needed because the goose neck allows intricate control which pours perfectly without dripping. The water boils quickly and quietly and a pleasant chime tells you when it is done. The electronic settings are all easy to use and temp control is very accurate. The electronic thermostat and temp gauge in the lid are perfectly in sync with each other if you’re boiling a full pot of water; if the pot is half full or less you will notice the lid thermometer will be slightly lower because it is not fully immersed in water. Inside the pot is the same bright stainless steel as the outside and overall it is an attractive and high quality kettle. It is not too big or too small in capacity, perfect for 4-cup servings. It is also fairly compact and attractive in a conventional way. The only thing I would wish for is a right angle electrical plug. Otherwise I couldn’t be happier with this kettle.

We are thrilled with the ease and convenience of this electric kettle. We are big tea and pour over coffee drinkers and this has added an element of ease to our morning routine. Water is hot within a few minutes and always the perfect temperature. I’m so happy to have added this appliance to my kitchen.

Decided to go for pressed coffee and required pot for heating water . By the time beans are ground and in the pot, water is hot and ready to go. Handle is comfortable for pouring and pours effortlessly.Great for those who have difficulty lifting.

I love so much about this kettle. It quickly brings cold tap water to a boil, the amount of water and the precision pour are perfect for making coffee in my french press, the dial i easy to read, and it looks great on my counter! The only thing that could make this better, is if the final temperature was programmable. I have found myself doing other things while heating water for coffee or tee and I lose track of time to find that my water has boiled. Then, I have to wait a couple minutes for the temperature to drop before I pour. If the final temperature was changeable, this would be a 5-star kettle!

I use this kettle to make french press coffee and tea, but it’s also useful in the kitchen when you need hot water for making broth, etc. The gooseneck pour spout provides a very precise pour so the water goes right where you want it to go; great for pour-over coffee. The temperature indicator is very handy so that you can heat the water to the magic 190-200 degrees a lot of coffee experts recommend. The gauge also helps when you want to brew teas that require different temperatures to reach the ideal flavor. The water heats up quickly and the kettle is very quiet. The capacity is smaller than some others on the market, but it heated enough water to fill my french press. The general size of the kettle is manageable, but the combined width of the handle and pour spout is wider than other kettles that don’t have the gooseneck spout. Not a big concern for my kitchen. The small enhancements I would like to see include a programmable temperature setting where the kettle turns off once it hits a user-defined temperature. Also, the max fill line is on the interior of the kettle below the handle. It’s hard to see when filling the kettle or if there is condensation on the interior walls.

I received this item in exchange for an unbiased review.First of all, the kettle looks great. Its sleek and shiny, very modern, which I like, and the thermometer doubles as the knob used to remove the lid. Inside, there is a metal slider to adjust the flow rate. It has three settings, and while the two highest are acceptable, I found the lowest setting to be far too restrictive– it gave little more than a trickle of water– and very much preferred to leave the slider on the highest setting for the most flow. Other than that, it seems to work as you would expect of an electric kettle. Bear in mind that it is metal, and the outside of the body of the kettle will become hot to the touch when filled with hot/boiling water. In terms of speed I would say it’s about average– it certainly didn’t take forever to boil, but it wasn’t what I would call quick, either. Quality seems good, as you’d expect from Kitchenaid, and with one single switch to flip it couldn’t be easier to use. My biggest complaint is size, but that may be just me. This is a one-liter kettle, and I had a two-liter, so this one seems small. That said it will probably do just fine, depending on how much tea/coffee you make at a time.

I am so happy I was able to try out this kettle! I LOVE the kitchenaid brand so this was so amazing for me! Kitchenaid always makes amazing products and they didn’t skimp out on this product! This kettle heats up really fast! Not only that, but it looks sleek and modern and all fancy! It holds 1 liter of water too so it holds a really decent amount! Honestly if you want a quality built kettle.. GET THIS KITCHENAID KETTLE! You will not regret it 🙂
