At first I wasn’t too sure about this product but after using it I am sold! The water temperature keeps as you set it. It’s awesome! This is a great way to keep fresh hot tea coming. I did use it for a coffee Pour Over as well, but I favor using it for tea. Very nice product and very sleek design.

I received this kettle to test and review. I’ve been using it for 2 weeks and here are my thoughts… I absolutely love the gooseneck pour spout. I make coffee through a pour over filter process and have found that the gooseneck spout allows me to pour with a precision that I didn’t have with my other kettle. I also love the keep warm feature. My wife and I both use the kettle at different times in the morning. I can heat the kettle for my coffee and keep it warm for her tea a little while later.There is a manual thermometer in the lid, the function of which i do not understand. It duplicates the digital display on the base and seems unnecessary. It makes for a slightly heavy lid and a place where steam/water is collected so that when the lid is removed, it almost inevitably drips water on the counter. I wish the pot had a greater capacity. I find that I need to refill it more frequently than I would like.

This kettle is almost perfect. It has all the features you could want when controlling water temperature and flow on the pour for various hot beverages.The kettle shuts off when you lift it off the base so if you’re doing a long pour-over, you may have to reheat, but this takes a second and is not a inconvenience. The adjustable flow rate is almost not needed because the goose neck allows intricate control which pours perfectly without dripping. The water boils quickly and quietly and a pleasant chime tells you when it is done. You can set the kettle to hold the water temperature for up to 30 minutes. The electronic settings are all easy to use and temp control is very accurate. The electronic thermostat and temp gauge in the lid are perfectly in sync if you’re boiling a full pot of water; if the pot is half full or less you will notice the lid thermometer will be slightly lower because it is not fully immersed in water. Inside the pot is the same bright stainless steel as the outside and overall it is an attractive and high quality kettle. It is not too big or too small in capacity, perfect for 4-cup servings. It is also fairly compact and attractive on the counter. The only thing I would wish for is a right angle electrical plug to make the heavy cord more manageable. Otherwise I couldn’t be happier with this kettle.
