I’ve never bought refurbished before so I was a bit hesitant. I’m so glad I did. I received this week and have been using it nonstop. It’s small but works really well. Making pesto, baby purées, salsa, grinding dehydrated tomatoes so easy now. 100% work it and the refurbished is cheaper.

I received this for Christmas and was thrilled. However, the owner’s manual indicates a Pan Guard is included. Since one was not included, I exchanged it for another one, thinking it was an oversight. When I opened the newest one – no Pan Guard! I can’t even locate one on your website.

I replaced my 5-yr old Kitchen Aid immersion blender, which was all metal, with this model. The connection area on the upper unit and the connection on the wand unit are now made with plastic and it is extremely difficult to click/twist them together until they lock. Usually I give up and use it without locking. Unlocking is just as difficult. The plastic is very slippery and you can’t get a good grip on either end, even wearing rubber gloves.

Purchased this blender a few weeks back. My purpose was to find a blender to make milk shakes for the wife and I. Great little blender. Comes with everything you see. It is strong, and sturdy. The base simply 1/4 and off. Wish the base had a better locking mechanism when in place. Once I got a handle on use of it that is not a significant issue. Would buy again.
