I bought this on a lark when I was trying to be healthier, eat veggie soups, etc., but to be honest, I expected to use it once in a blue moon (because there was no way I was actually going to turn in to a person who makes homemade soups). Well I was pleasantly surprised – I did use it for soup and it was excellent, blending quickly and finely in no time at all! I’ve also since found it useful for whipping up marinades and drinks in the plastic cup that came with it. It makes quick work of fruits and vegetables and produced a very fine blend, much better than my big blender. I’m very happy with it. It’s easy to clean too.
