This pour over kettle is very well designed and thought out. The adjustable pour rate is a feature that I have not seen in any kettles before and have had to come up with some creative solutions to slow down the flow of my pour with all of my previous kettles used. I have been making myself batches pour over for the work day for approximately 3 years now every single morning and this kettle hits the marks for a really well designed and aesthetically pleasing pourover kettle. My single complaint about this kettle in comparison to the other kettles I have used is that it is not as well balanced as some of the other kettles I have used. So when starting the pour it can be a bit of a struggle without some kind of counter balance feature on the handle to off set all of the weight associated with the water. That being said this kettle is still absolutely wonderful and it’s feattures of the thermometer and adjustable pour rates make this small trouble not a problem at all.

Tested this product and it performed similar to my current stovetop kettle. The upside on this product is the style and location of the gooseneck for pouring. Really nice kettle and it will replace my current model.

This is definitely a beauty! Beautifully designed. Easy to use, easy to clean. Built-in thermometer dial is easy to read and accurate. Manual is very detailed. Very well packaged as all KitchenAid products. Highly recommend.

Does not whistle when it boils, unlike conventional tea pots. Ergonomic handle. Nice slow smooth pour, won’t pour hard. All thanks to its great shape. Device inside allows for three different pour speeds. Heating it on our stove, it hit 175 degrees at eight minutes and thirty seconds and 196 degrees at nearly ten minutes. Even better is the fact I can lift the lid off when it gets to boiling. It’s a great bonus that I have never found in other teapots!

Was a little off-put by the price at first, but well worth every penny. Heats quickly on induction range and pours beautifully — no steam on the knuckles. We use this multiple times every day. The size is perfect for easy use. We wind up making more tea because this is easy and quick. Sometimes wish it were a bit bigger, but perhaps then it wouldn’t be so easy to handle as it is now.

This gooseneck kettle has a beautiful design and all the features to make a great cup of coffee. The spout has three pour settings to get the right flow for your personal pouring style. I like the middle setting for my french press and the smallest setting to give me the precision control for a pour over brew. The knob on the lid is also the dial readout for the thermometer which allows you to pull it off the flame at just the right temp. The only drawback is the pour adjustment inside the kettle makes cleaning a little more difficult. But with it only being used for water it isn’t a significant challenge.

I’ve been using this a week or so and love it. Easy to pour, handle doesn’t get hot, different pour speeds/stream, temperature easy to see. Would recommend.

Have been using this for a week, love how elegant it looks. It’s easy to use, and the precision temperature dial in the lid makes a smooth cup of coffee. I wish the handle were a little rounder or softer, but stays nice and cool, as does the lid.

Loved it! Did not realize it told temperature on top! More than we expected.

I received this kettle last week. At first I wasn’t sure I would need it as I have a nice kettle I thought I liked better. This one was a surprise. The shape and spout placement make this my go-to kettle. The added feature of the thermostat in the lid is an extra bonus that makes this kettle the best I’ve have used. I am a tea-lover and now I can have water heated to the perfect temperature for any tea I want. When I use my french press for coffee, the pouring spout is the perfect angle to pour and not splatter hot water all over as I fill the press. I love this kettle. The finish is nice and it looks sharp sitting on my stove-top. This is a personal-sized kettle so I hope they make one a bit bigger for when I share tea with friends!

I recently purchased this to replace my older tea kettle and am very pleased with the features available on this item. Really like being able to adjust the flow from the spout plus the temperature gauge.

I have fallen in love. This stovetop kettle has turned my so-so coffee into something amazing. With the built-in thermometer I now know when the water is the perfect temperature to brew my coffee grounds. And with the flow control lever I don’t have to worry about sloshing water out too quickly. I wouldn’t change a thing and I won’t be needing my saucepan to boil water any more.

Disclaimer – I received this kettle for free. Overall, it worked very well, the temperature gauge was easy to read, the adjustable pour speed is a great feature, the quality of the materials and the finish is excellent. My only complaint is that it was too easy to walk away and forget it was on the stove until the water had gotten too hot. I usually use a temperature probe with an alarm to monitor the temperature of the water I’m heating for tea or coffee. If this kettle had an alarm, it would be 5 star.

The design of this kettle is amazing. Not only it is easy to hold with the heat resistant grip but it looks great on my stove top. I like how I can adjust the water flow and there is a thermometer to help me keep an eye on the water temperature so I don’t burn my coffee. These are both very unique features, nothing I’ve seen before! I mostly use this to make pour over coffee and it makes a huge difference- my coffee is so flavorful!

It works well. It is a little small compared to my old Bodum, so it takes a couple of minutes longer to heat.

I received this pot for free in exchange for a review. In short: I love it! The handle is far enough away from the pot to ensure it won’t heat up. The neck is designed such that the water won’t dribble down it while pouring. And, oh, how my little nerd heart soared to see a thermometer built into the lid! It doesn’t fog over easily to boot!My only complaint is that the flow control valve has an unidentified black material coating it. Since I only use this to pour water into a French press, flow is of no consequence to me and I removed it.Definitely would recommend if you want a non-leaching method of boiling water.
