BAd me – did not do my due diligenge. Was unaware that Kitchen-aid mixers for the home are no longer made to the specifications & Traditions of THe Hobart company. I am hoping I can get 1/2 the life from this as I continue to get from my original 5 Qt that is 40 yrs old. That being said – the bowl is only a shade shorter than the original 5 qt, while 1.5 inches wider. I am finding the beater does Not scrape the sides or get to the bottom as well as the old 5 qt. I am made to do to much hand mixing here. I do like the “soft start” although the machine is very noise; even without a pour shield the flour does not go all over as before w/o this new start procedure. I do have to say – I received as a gift (not the right color) but a gift nonethe less.. My other issue with this machine – gotta say – the pearlized nickel (my new 600 pro) looks cheap.

Never had one or used one. It is simple, efficient, and easy to use. I bought all the pasta and slicing accesories and have used them all. We switch to homemade pasta as it is so easy to make. The level of breads coming out after using it are amazing. Easy to clean. The unit is heavy, but expected that.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) We bought our Kitchenaid 6 Quart Bowl-Life stand mixer just before Christmas as a gift to the bakers in the family. I like to bake at least 12 dozen cookies during the holiday season and it saved me loads of time and energy. Clean up is a breeze. Once we discovered the attachment features, there was no stopping the amount of cooking a baking happening in the house.

I received my Pro 600 Series bowl-lift stand mixer as a gift right in the middle of the pandemic. It has changed my life for the better. I was a novice baker before I received the mixer, but since I’ve had it I’ve made everything from brioche and challah to shokupan and milk bread-style babkas. Pie dough, hundreds of cookies. If you’re interested in making a lot of bread, this is the one to get!

I ask for a kitchen aid stand mixer and all metal meat grinder attachment for my 66th. Birthday and was blessed to receive both,Being an avid hunter I put the mixer and grinder to work immediately, and was so excited at the ease in which the mixer and grinder worked , making a once time consuming and laborious job a a simple and easy task . My only regret is not having ask for this set up sooner , Thank you kitchen aid for making great products , keep up the good work

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Love my mixer! I use it for everything from baking cinnamon buns to mixing mash potatoes and hamburgers. Plus it’s just so pretty. The engine is a touch loud, but I can live with it.

I’ve had my mixer for about a month and I have used it far more than I had expected. It has so many great uses, from shredding chicken to mixing anything and everything! Not to mention how many attachments are available . It has saved me so much time. My only regret is that I wish I had made the purchase sooner.

I am so excited to own this mixer! I made a huge batch of cookies…that has destroyed other mixers. It handled the load very well. We have also used it to make pizza dough. We bought it to use the grinder attachment to make our own sausage. We haven’t done that, yet, but I have confidence that it will grind our venison a lot quicker and better than our hand grinder!

After years and years of wanting a KitchenAid stand mixer, I received this beauty for my 30th birthday over the summer. I’ve been baking non-stop ever since, and it really works like a charm. Attaching the bowl to the stand was a bit clunky at first, but I’ve gotten used to it. I cant wait to get more attachments to use!
