But after doing some research in terms of the size, motor and new features I knew that the right Kitchenaid was the 600 Pro series. The capacity is great, the colour is amazing and does my baking so much easier. I am able to bake every two to three days depending on the type of bread 3 to 4 cups of flour at the time. No problem! And my batch of cookies for the holiday were done all at once, I just double the quantities and that’s all. I love it!

While I love the power and capacity of this mixer I still can’t figure how to scrape the sides and remove the beaters without loosing a lot of the dough. My previous mixer was a tilt one which made activities much easier. I have to replace with one that easier to use.

I love the mixer and that it didn’t come with a glass bowl only because I have small help. It works great and is very quiet only down fall is mine is missing the rubber protector feet from the bottom.

My kids gave me this mixer several years ago. It was a trade-up for a previous KitchenAid. It was smaller, but it was my mom’s. It is almost 50 years old and works like a charm. Anyway, this Professional 600 Series Mixer is perfect. I would trade my 3rd child, no, make that my 1st. Well, anyway, you can see where I’m going. This mixer is pure kitchen perfection. And I use mine a lot! I cannot even think of something that would make this mixer any less than five stars. If you enjoy baking, you’ll LOVE it with this mixer. And don’t forget it does a lot more than baking. Everything from grinding and packing sausage to making ice cream, this mixer can do it. And they have so many attachments! You can do without them, but if you want to be spoiled, you can be by indulging in some of the attachments, therefore broadening the scope of performance for this kitchen jewel. There aren’t many products I would recommend 100% of the time, but this mixer is perfect for anyone who enjoys baking and cooking,

Baking is so much more fun now and I feel and look like a pro.My only small complaint is that the mechanism to lock the bowl in is not that intuitive or easy, I’m sure I’ll get the hang of it though.
