Description
The 325 watt motor and heavy duty transmission combine to supply constant power even when mixing heavy dough. The 5 quart polished stainless steel bowl with ergonomic handle is big enough for large batches of heavy mixtures. Tilt-back mixer head allows for easy access to bowl and beaters. The unique mixing action rotates the beater to reach every section of the bowl mixing all ingredients thoroughly without having to turn the bowl. The wire whip and burnished flat beater and dough hook process a wide variety of foods effortlessly.

Received this as a Christmas gift, and unfortunately the speed was twice as fast as what it should be. Therefore, the “stir” setting causes the mixer to run way too fast, flinging ingredients across the kitchen and making a huge mess. And this is not just flour, I’m talking a cup of melted butter splattered all over the place. Fortunately I was able to find a YouTube video and with a bit of fiddling with some screws I was able to fix it. I just don’t feel for the price of this machine that I should have had to fix it right out of the box!

Love it so far and can’t wait to get more attachments to really get the most out of it! Mine came with a lid that has a spout to pour ingredients in… not sure I’ll use it but its there. The bowl doesn’t stick out real far, so adding ingredients while mixing is a bit cumbersome but overall it is so much better than using a hand mixer.
