Great mixer. All of my basic projects have been great. Have had some problems with the bowl popping out and the locking lever not holding the head down. I knead a lot of dough to make pasta so it is a lot of wear and tear that I don’t think the mixer can totally handle.

We have owned our Tilt-Head Mixer for about a month. So far so good. We have made multiple batches of cookies and bread and it has performed flawlessly. The attachments are easy to install and lock and the controls work well.The only thing keeping this from a 5 Star rating is that the tilt lock is on the opposite side from the speed control. When making bread I’m frequently changing speed AND tilting and locking the mixer head. With the long mixer side parallel to the counter edge I have to decide which controls I want to engage by feel only. Both levers on the same side would fix for this.

I absolutely LOVE my mixer ! I was a bit unsure if I would put it to use much but sometimes I use it 3 times in a day. The attachments are so wonderful and it is very easy to clean. The grater/slicer attachment is a must and the pasta attachment as well!! The only thing that is tough is when making dough I have to stop the mixer and scrape the side often. And it is a bit challenging to pour dry ingredients in. HIGHLY recommend to anyone, even beginner cooks/bakers! (Like me!)
