This was a great bowl to mix my meatloaf in. Made it so much easier to do. I also did a bread mix in it and was very pleased. Stainless steel bowls are nice but it’s also very nice to have a large ceramic bowl. I would highly recommend this!

I enjoyed using this bowl, and like that it can be used in the oven, it works great for bread! However I am still concerned that it may chip (mine hasn’t yet but it is only 2 weeks old).

I was given this item for free to test. Here is what I found. First the bowl is really pretty sitting on the counter – much prettier than the metal bowl. The ceramic is bigger!!! There are a few recipes that I simply can’t double in the metal bowl that now fit in the ceramic bowl. It is also a nice bowl to let bread to rise in. I think the ceramic holds the heat more evenly. I love love the pour spout. Which brings me to the only downside to the bowl. While it is bigger it is also heavier. On occasion this can be difficult for me as I have arthritis in my wrist. I do love the bowl.

This bowl is Stunning and looks so clean. I find it to be larger in regards to size than the standard bowl.

The bowl holds a lot. I mixed cookie dough and very little flour came out of the bowl. Used as a salad serving bowl with 12 servings and was still room at the top. Very pleased with the bowl and the features of being able to go in the oven. Also,it will be great to cook soup in the oven in the winter.

*This bowl is microwave friendly, I was hesitant at first but it worked great. Was able to melt butter for my recipes and then add the remaining ingredients to finish. Made mashed carrots and potatoes and was able to reheat in the bowl. *Placed in the freezer to chill to make whipped cream frosting—Held the cream cold way past the mixing time— only problem it stuck to it because it was cold but was a great snack.*Cleans up good and love the finish of the bowl. Did both hand washing and placed in dishwasher.*I do wish they would have a pouring shield for it, to help with messes.*I have the flat beater with the scraper attached and the bowl was too wide for it to touch the sides—will need the use of a spatula to remove from the sides of bowl to make sure all ingredients are properly mixed together.* This bowl is oven proof to bake in — I personally did not like the outcome of a cake I made in it. It was good but took twice as long to bake. Also make sure to place it on a cookie sheet because of the stability will not be there. The bottom wasn’t wide enough for my oven grates. Personally I would not us this to bake in but will use it to keep things warmed in the oven, for that I think will work great.*OVERALL I do love this ceramic bowl and had a great time using it and testing it. It is heavier because it is ceramic.
