I purchased the KitchenAid KSM2FPA food processor mostly for the chopping feature. When I received the product it was packaged well and was in one piece. The quality is outstanding like most everything is from KitchAid is. The directions are clear and easy to understand. I installed the food processor onto the front of my mixer with the chopping blade and grate installed. I set the mixer speed as per the instructions and dropped a stalk of celery. In like nothing flat the stalk was gone and laying in the bowl were nicely cubed pieces of celery. I enjoy making salsa and usually make batches starting from 5lbs to 25lbs. If your planning to make salsa I would recommend a couple of things. First I would slice the celery in 1/4″ strips length wise. Second, tomatoes need to be very firm or just slice them by hand. I literally cut my prep time by 2/3rds. Clean up is a snap also, I would recommend hand washing.
