After much deliberation I decided to put out the money to buy this for the new bowl lift Kitchen Aid mixer my husband got me for Christmas. After receiving it and looking more closely I decided the money would better spent getting a less bulky stand alone processer. If I was a few years younger and had more people to cook for and still into the canning I did at a much younger age I would have loved it. I have always had to do it all the hard way with a sharp knife or a much smaller processer. I love the storage case and the attachment seems very sturdy and well made but after much thought I decided to return it unused. I still sometimes wonder if it was a wise decision but I am pretty sure it was. At this time I haven’t found the perfect machine so Im still using the knife and doing things the hard way but when cooking for two it isn’t as difficult as when I was cooking for 7. LOl
