My mother bought my KitchenAid and the Food Grinder back in the 80s. She gave it to me 18 years ago and it is still going. However I do need a new food tray for the grinder, but only because it is showing age, but works great and save a lot of money!!

received my KitchenAid – Food Grinder Attachment and love it!!!!!!! i couldnt wait to get it out of the box and use it.. its Designed for use with all KitchenAid stand mixers..transforms your stand mixer into a versatile food grinder .i made meatballs and spaghetti and was able to grind my own meat from a steak that i bought and i ground bread to make bread crumbs..and quickly grates hard cheeses like romano too. it does so many things !! this is amazing!! i would definitely recommend it

Works great and is easy to add on to the mixer. It worked well and ground meat up pretty fast and smoothly. I would recommend this product. It also looks nice added on. You can tell it was not a piece that came with the mixer, but it still looks good. I had fun using this grinder because it made it so easy to do. I will be grinding more foods from now on and have even ground up veggies in it. Bread crumbs was a breeze as well. I really like this item.
