(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Since we are cooking nearly all from scratch we have purchased this grinder. My husband uses it very often to make his hamburgers and sausages. For users like us it would be nice to provide more grinder knives, 1 per hole plate. Knives work themselves into the plates they are used with. if used with different plates all the times, they get blunt much faster.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) We bought the steel meat grinder about a month ago. We’ve only used it once to make fresh ground hamburger. Turned out excellent. The grinder feels substantial. The speed of the grind was good. The unit cleans go nicely with the included brush. We have not had a chance to use the sausage stuffer as of yet.

I bought this attachment for my mixer and it is great. It is very well made and produced a very nice sausage. I am glad I purchased it. I also really like the way it grinds the meat with a selection of blade sizes.

This grinder is amazing! So easy to assemble and very easy to use. I used it to grind sausage and it did a great job and did it quickly. I did chill the grinder in fridge first and also used partially frozen meat and it worked like a charm. I used to use a hand-crank plastic grinder before getting this metal one…big difference! It is worth the investment, for sure.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I was given this as a gift. Best gift ever! Grinding my own meat is so easy I will never go back to store bought ground meat. Best part is I can season meat as grinding and I know what is in the meat! The sausage tuber is also super easy to use.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I bought this last month-so glad I did. I thought about it for some time as I felt I didn’t really need it. However, the end result is so rewarding and nutritious and also, SO much fun to do. After all, when cooking is fun, so much love goes into it !! I was very pleased to see how strong it is. Easy clean-up with hot soapy water and dry on top of stove to make sure all is dry before I put it away in the box it came in. All in all, I am very pleased and satisfied!

Pros. It’s a work horse. It can grind simi frozen meats without difficultly. Good options on coarseness of what you want to grind.Cons. If just grinding, it’s great but sausage stuffing is difficult, especially for one person. Thats probably why they didn’t include that part in the demo video. You need at least 3 hands to perform that task. Also,When starting to stuff sausage, it has to drop 15 inches before it reaches your work surface. I put the mixer in the sink, that reduces the drop to only 5 inches. I highly recommend the grinder but advise that you use a dedicated sausage stuffer for that purpose.
