My wife and I were not sure if we could make pasta, but wanted to give it a try, and it was something we could do together. We read the reviews and decided on the KitchenAid Pasta Roller & Cutter Set. They are very well built, and easy to use. Our first try at home made pasta was a super success, mainly because of this roller/cutter set. I highly recommend these if you want to make your own pasta, which is simple using these. I would add photos, but I don’t know how. Every once in a while you do something right, and puchasing these pasta tools by KitchenAid was, indeed, right!

Never made pasta before, but these attachments made it fun and easy. So much fun, that I’ve been obsessively watching YouTube videos to get additional tips and tricks for the next time.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Bought this at the end of November, made fettuccini and it was fabulous. We were eating fresh pasta in an hour and a half. Nice to keep up the family tradition with less work, no handle turning. I then tried lasagna noodles and once again impressed. The only thing I would do different is made the noodles a bit thinner.

I received this for Christmas from my husband. He bought it for me because my adult children always pick homemade pasta for their family birthday celebrations dinner. For the past 25 years I have used my manual pasta maker to make the pasta for our celebrations, but it took many hours to make enough pasta to feed 12 people and my back and neck suffered for days afterwards. I was able to make enough pasta in a fraction of the time with the KitchenAid attachments and everyone said that the raviolis and linguine tasted even more delicious because the attachment got the dough thinner than I was ever able to get it with the manual pasta maker. I was able to enjoy my family celebration because I had more time and no back pain. I used the recipe that came with the attachments. It was really delicious.

I got this for my birthday two weeks ago and have used it three times already, two times for spaghetti and once for fettuccine. It gets easier each time, as I learn what consistency is best.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I always wondered how KA could charge so much for these but the are MASSIVE and heavy. They stand up to pasta dough and function beautifully. Worth every penny.

Purchased this set a couple of weeks ago and all I can say is I wish I bought it sooner. I followed the pasta dough recipe on Bon Appétit and it was a great dough. I started by using the stand mixer. The ratio of egg to flour is one egg per 100 g. I used three eggs, 300 g of regular King Arthur flour, one tablespoon of evoo and one half teaspoon of salt. Mix the ingredients right in the stand mixer bowl and then with the dough hook attachment kneed it for 10 minutes. Rest for half hour. If the dough appears too dry add water by tsp until it comes together. I rolled it out until I reached the number five. Make sure that you flour the dough on both sides as you are rolling it. I added flour to the spaghetti attachment and made sure the pasta sheets had light flour on both sides. No issues at all with stuck dough or cleanup! Came out beautiful and look forward to making ravioli next!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Bought a few weeks ago. So far I’ve only used the pasta roller to make some Chinese dumpling wrappers and it was so easy and fast to use!
