I received my 3 piece Pasta Roller & Cutter Set earlier this week and today is the first time I have used it. For years I have always rolled out and cut my own egg noodles for beef/chicken and noodles. Then I bought a Kitchen Aid Tilt Head mixer and the 3 piece Pasta Roller & Cutter Set. First of all let me say I was totally amazed at how heavy the pasta roller and cutter are. They are built to last!! I absolutely love making our food from scratch when I can. So today I make pasta spaghetti noodles for use tomorrow (I was anxious to try out my new “toy”.). All I can say is WOW, so easy, so quick, and so fun. From the time I started feeding the pasta dough through the pasta roller until I fed it though the spaghetti cutter and hung them on the drying rack was 30 minutes. For someone who has never done this before I would say this was a winner!!! No hesitate….buy this product!!!

The NO washing afterwards is a plus also, just let it dry and brush away crumbs. When I felt the weight of the pieces, I knew this was excellent quality. Overall, everything performs top notch, the end result is so delicious and it is SO much fun to use.

Have always wanted to make our own fresh pasta, and now I can! Finally got the pasta maker attachment for our 25+ year-old KA 5 Qt mixer, and it worked perfectly. Used the regular beater/bowl to make the dough, then the roller set to make part semolina fettuccine. Very pleased with the results! Treat yourself — you won’t be disappointed.
