I received this as a Christmas gift and have used all of the pieces already. We made our pasta dough with the basic recipe that was provided. We used the dough flattening attachment to flatten the dough. We then used the spaghetti attachment, followed by the fettuccine attachment. The noodles separated easily and stayed separated during cooking. Our pasta got rave reviews! As we become more familiar with the attachments, we will try our other pasts recipes. Very easy and fun to use, especially since my kids help out with a lot of cooking!
