As a boxed noodle family for decades, I was pleasantly surprised to get this attachment. Making your own pasta is a lot more work than boxed, but this makes it as easy as it gets. We have used it several times already and have never had a bad outcome. High quality made in Italy. What better place for a pasta maker.

I received this as a Christmas gift and I truly love it. I never imagined being able to make my own pasta but this makes the whole process easy to do. It did have a bit of a learning curve since I never made pasta before but the attachments are beautifully made and very high quality. I made fettuccine noodles and they were wonderful! My only complaint is that these can be difficult to clean. Make sure you make the sheets thin (probably at least level 6-7) and sprinkle with extra flour prior to running through the pasta cutters otherwise you’re going to spend some extra time cleaning.

They looks great, are sturdily built, and perform very well. If I had to name one thing I wish was better, it’s the ability and easiness to clean them; you can only use a brush, which means any dough pieces or flour could eventually get stuck in the mechanisms, and it also means you can use it on stickier doughs for Northern or Eastern European noodles.
