I’ve been adding to my mixer attachments and have made some wonderful recipes using the vegetable sheet cutter. We’ve enjoyed healthy versions of non noodle lasagna, using either butternut squash or zuccihi in place of the carb filled pasta. I’ve also cut sheets of potatoes for a delicious baked potato recipe and apples for a lovely dessert using the attachment.

I had asked for this item for Christmas, but wasn’t sure if I’d use it that much. I have only made apple sheets and put peanut butter in it and rolled it up. What a great snack, and healthy. Look forward in making more recipes.Blades are very sharp.

I thought this would be a great addition to my Kitchenaide library, however it does not work as shown. I followed the directions very carefully, trying to cut zucchini to make lasagna. After several attepts ilI gave up because instead of cutting the zucchini the turning made a hole in the center of the vegetable and then it would not turn properly therefore it would not cut at all.

I was finally able to use this attachment and was a bit skeptical but it proved me wrong. Easy to put together and use, just be careful as the blades are sharp. I demoed the tool on a cucumber and it made a perfect sheet. Will be using this a lot. Great product.

i used this today and it is a wonderful product. so glad to have got this for my kitchenaid. i tried it with zucchini to use in lasagna and it cut them in thin sheets. i absoulutly love it. it was so easy to attach and the instructions were very clear. i then used it to slice apples to make a pie. this is so much fun to use, i will be using it several times a week.
