I actually did not get the Howe wire tool for its intended purpose. I am not running wire anyplace. I use it for projects around the house when an extra hand is needed. It is a well made Klein tool product as you would expect. It is definitely much heavier duty than I require to be honest. But it does come in handy for the right projects if you use your imagination.

This item was ordered through Home Depot. It arrived in perfect condition. This Klein Howe Wire Tool is impressive craftsmanship. The strapping, the positively locking carabiner, and T shaped pull handle, are very well constructed. Very impressive, This tool is built for serious work. I typically scruitinize products for failure points, and found none on this tool. For the price, it offers a lot of service life. This is meant for lifting up wires for service connections. If you are in the trade, you can’t go wrong with this tool. I recommend it for sure.

The klein howe wire tool is a very handy tool to have when you doing swaging service connections. As with all klein tools it is built very tough and sturdy to handle the daily abuse of linemen work. The clamps are very easy to open and work with with gloves on. The handle feature of the handle at the end of the nylon webing makes it very easy to pull and lift up service cables. Very simple and easy to use and has been very well designed to do the job intended.
