Klein normally makes outstanding tools. I don’t know why this one comes with such poor tolerances. There should be no play in the fittings, and yet this tool feels very loose. I can’t help but think that it will contribute to slip and play when working fasteners. The less expensive Husky brand is very tight in comparison. Kinduva shame as I am a big Klein fan.

I utilized this particular multi-bit screwdriver, to complete some in-house electrical work that needed to get done on (on another’s tight schedule) when I’d forgot to pack my electrical work “tool bag” with me. The interchangeable flat blade smaller bit fit into the tiny screws I needed to loosen on the receptacles, and the larger (wider) flat-blade-bit fit nicely into the flat screw-heads on the circuit breaker, to update the grounding needed on that particular set of circuits. The only update I had to make to the screw-driver itself was to insulate that bright shiny (and conductive) chromed steel hex tube that holds the bits into the handle, with a wrap of electrician’s tape to avoid the possibility of short-circuit if there’s an accidental slip. 10 cents worth of electrical tape later…the tool was ready for my use.
