It’s a great tool, bit bulky for the hand and gets tiring for prolonged use. To be honest I don’t think I’ve ever used the ratcheting feature.

It is an excellent, well made and heavy tool, that works great, the gears run smooth when using the ratchet option. Klein quality!

The handle feels better, to me, than two other name brands I own. “Clicking” feels better, smaller, more precise. Cons- Having to keep/find another brand of replacement tips.

A must have for any tight spots.

I feel it is poorly engineered. In the hidden area they bits are dual ended. Should incorporate three fixed ended shafts. The black grip is very good. The thin yellow area between the blank padded handle and metal is not wide enough. Need more room to fully explain the downfall.

This tool has replaced half a tool bag full of stuff. My husband does apartment maintenance and he loves this. Its made its easier to carry his tool bag around. Witch also makes to find the tools he needs in that min easier.

Excelent consctruction. Simple to use. Replaces a number of screw drivers in my tool box. When ever I’m going to do a repaire at my house or one of the kids houses, it’s the first thing put into my tool bag.

The driver is not magnetized, the bits are held in place by little ball that only lock the bits in place in certain position, even though it supposed to fit equally anyway in the hex driver. It’s not. The driver shaft has surprising amount of play too. The ratcheting action is not very smooth, about average comparing to the cheaper varieties from no name brand, Husky, Standley etc. The most useful small philip bit barely holds on to the driver, fall off the driver to the ground twice by itself while walking around. The fit and finish are above the cheaper drivers. Feels solid when holding in hand. I have a copy cat version of the exact same driver from Husky. Husky is cheaper and the look and feel unmistakably show. But Husky holds its bits much more securely and firmly and the ratcheting is smoother. The Klein driver does look and feel sturdier, so maybe it can stand bigger torque. But if the bits fall off, all for nothing. The regular bits can’t fit the Klein driver because of the special ball mechanism. I tried to magnetize the shaft but after a few run on the magnetizer, the bit shaft’s black coating started to wear off and the shiny metal shows through! It smeared my hands black. Disappointed really. This one is made in Taiwan. At $22 this is the more expensive than the other ones at my local HomeDepot. I am still debating if to return this one. It does look better than the other budget ones I have…

The first one I bought hit the ground off of a 6ft ladder and broke the ratcheting yellow band and it never really worked right again. This one is my second one and just like the first one the bits fall out at the worst possible time. Some of klien is made in taiwan and this is one of them. I am currently looking for a better 11 in 1. For 22 bucks though not to bad.

Ratcheting back drag could be a bit lighter. Overall a decent tool.

Some of the others electricians make fun my ratcheting screw driver, but with a flick of the wrist the screw is tightend!
