These 10 ¼”, six channel, tongue and groove pliers are the highest quality pliers you can purchase. The insulation design is extensive, resulting in a very high level of protection against electrical shock up to 1000 volts. They feel extremely comfortable in your hand. The rubber grips seem to be carefully adhered to the steel so there will be no slippage while doing difficult work.The greatest feature of these pliers is how well they hold in their channel when applying maximum squeeze pressure. Over the years we have used pliers that slip and will then not do the tightening job. This is especially true when the jaws are at their maximum opened position. These pliers have a design and a channel steel strength that eliminates that very aggravating nuisance that many channel lock pliers have. It is great to not have that slippage any more. These pliers have quality manufacturing, exceptionally productive design, great electrical shock protection, nice grip feel and good looking. We would want any electrician friend to use these pliers.
